CARAS CON CAUSA
Caras con Causa promotes community development to eradicate poverty through education, ecology and economic development with communities in Cataño and Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
Our Programs
We focus our efforts through three main program areas: ecology, education and community. While each program develops projects that address its particular focus, they converge to maximize our impact and achieve social justice.
Community
We build capacity and leadership to drive self-management of community initiatives that improve the community and encourage its development.
Ecology
We reforest community resources with their active participation, thus recognizing the vitality of ecology in our development.
Education
We accompany children, youth and adults in their integral development so that they can become active members of their community and our society.

Join us for a family-friendly race that promotes physical activity and supports our youth. You can run or walk and enjoy an atmosphere that’s welcoming to all ages.
